The Client

C2C Engineering provides a bespoke engineering, design, drafting, consulting and project management services to clients, primarily in water treatment and food / beverage industries.
Mollydooker Wines are based in the McLaren Vale wine region in South Australia and have an established reputation for producing world-class wines.
Challenge
C2C Engineering engaged IoTics to deliver a full turn-key control system for a new wastewater treatment plant at Mollydooker winery, supporting a woodlot water transfer project.
The system needed to be intuitive, reliable, and fully autonomous, with seamless integration into the winery’s existing site-wide monitoring system.
Crucially, installation and commissioning had to align precisely with ongoing civil works and be completed ahead of the vintage season.
Solution
IoTics developed a fully customised control system, informed by a detailed design brief and enriched with input from our team’s deep experience in water treatment automation.
We handled the entire scope; from panel manufacturing and field wiring through to instrumentation and software integration, delivering a complete and ready-to-operate solution.
Our engineers also ensured the system interfaced flawlessly with Mollydooker’s broader monitoring infrastructure.
Approach
Working in tandem with C2C Engineering and winery stakeholders, IoTics contributed control philosophy expertise during the design phase and maintained alignment with the project’s civil and seasonal timelines.
Our workshop built the control panels in-house, while our commissioning team ensured seamless on-site deployment, functionality, and operator readiness.
